We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice, and your continued use of our services following any change shall be deemed your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions of Use regularly for changes. Furthermore, your access to and use of Resumes Done Right and other websites owned by us are subject exclusively and strictly to our Terms and Conditions. By using this website, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using our services.
We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods/services at any time. However, we do not guarantee any results/outcomes from our work in assisting our Clients in obtaining and/or finding employment. We do not guarantee interviews and successful results from interviews with the assistance of our interview skills coaching and all our other services provided.
These Terms and Conditions and subsequent agreements are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of the State of Queensland, Australia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You, the Client agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland to determine any dispute arising out of this Agreement.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
You, the Client, acknowledge that any document provided by Resumes Done Right is based solely on information provided by you and that we cannot warrant the accuracy or truthfulness of your response. The Writers contracted by Resumes Done Right are professionally trained Resume Writers and are not expected to be industry experts. The work that is produced on your behalf is a result of the information that you provide, combined with professional writing skills.
You, the Client, agree that Resumes Done Right entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any service(s) provided under our Terms and Conditions and any breach of this, is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s). Resumes Done Right shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
Resumes Done Right will not be liable for the Client and the Client waives any right it has to claim, any loss of income, loss of profit, production, contract, customers, goodwill, opportunity or business, or any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising under or in connection with writing services or interview skills coaching, or these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, in equity or otherwise.
You, the Client agree to hold harmless and indemnify Resumes Done Right, and its employees, agents and representatives, from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees, of every kind and nature.
You, the Client acknowledge and agree that Resumes Done Right will retain ownership of all Intellectual Property created as a result of or in connection with the Interview Skills Coaching Services, Resume Writing, Selection Criteria Writing Services and other Services associated with the company which produce intellectual property.
You, the Client, agree that Resumes Done Right entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any service(s) provided under our Terms and Conditions and any breach of this, is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s). SERVICE GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY
We provide the following guarantees:
One of our senior staff will review the complaint and contact you within 14 days with a resolution or an offer of partial or full reimbursement of your purchase price.
- Our 30-day guarantee period applies to all services provided. Upon receipt of your final documents, the Client will be given up to 30 days to make changes/reviews that are within reason. This is the opportunity to make accurate changes to ensure satisfaction. Resumes Done Right determines the scope of reasonable modifications. If after the 30-day period you require further changes, charges may apply.
- You are welcome to suggest changes and make additions that we agree make your resume a better fit for the original purpose you contacted us for.
- There is no need to worry that your résumé might go out of date shortly after you receive your final documents. We offer a discounted service ($30 – $70+GST) to amend your resume should you need to at any stage after you have accepted a final version.
- We will send you your CV in any format you require, upon request up to 90 days from purchase (and in most cases, probably longer!).

Reasons why you would not be eligible for a refund in relation to our service guarantee.
- Got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase, had no use for it or misused the product in any way that caused the problem.
- Knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product.
- Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.
- Do not adhere to the communication timeframe guidelines as supplied by Resumes Done Right and your circumstances change.
- Our product does not meet an acceptable quality as determined by a relevant industry body.
- Does not match the description as provided by our Salesperson, Website or Advertising.
- Does not meet any extra promises made about such things as performance, condition and quality.
- You have allowed Resumes Done Right to rectify the issue within an appropriate time frame.

PAYMENT
Any products or services ordered from Resumes Done Right will only be commenced once receipt of payment has been received and all appropriate information and material has been received from the client, and an order email has been sent.
Payment can be made by Direct Deposit, or PayPal. Proof of purchase must be provided for your order to proceed. We will never collect or store Credit Card information.
All prices quoted on the Resumes Done Right website and by our Sales Consultants are in Australian dollars, and all transactions are conducted in Australian dollars. GST is applicable on all sales.
